Welcome to Bang, an adult-oriented erotic audio story mobile application. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Unify Yazilim Bilisim LTD. STI (the "Company", "we", or "us"), a limited company registered under the laws of Turkey. By downloading, installing, or using the Bang mobile app (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms govern your use of the App and its content. Please read them carefully, especially the sections that limit our liability and require you to be of legal age. The App contains explicit adult-themed content; by using it, you affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and will use the App in a legal and responsible manner.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• Adult Users Only: The App is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to download or use Bang. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (or the applicable age of majority) and that you have the legal right to access adult-oriented content in your locality.
• Age Verification: The App may present an age-confirmation prompt or disclaimer. By proceeding past the age gate, you certify that your age meets the requirement. Do not falsify your age or allow any minor to access the App. You are responsible for preventing anyone under legal adult age from using the App on your device or account.
• Geographic Restrictions: The Company does not offer or permit use of the App in certain regions. In particular, the App is not available in Turkey or the People’s Republic of China. If you are located in Turkey, China, or any country/region where access to erotic or adult content is illegal or restricted by law, you must not use or attempt to use the App. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that accessing the App and its content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Export and Sanctions Compliance: By using the App, you further represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.N. or U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws in using the App.
• Eligibility Affirmation: If you do not meet any of the above requirements, you are not authorized to use Bang. The Company may refuse access to, suspend, or terminate your use of the App without notice if we suspect that you are not an eligible user or that you have violated any of these eligibility terms.

2. Nature of the App and Content

• Entertainment Purpose Only: Bang is an adult entertainment mobile application that provides erotic audio stories and accompanying sensual imagery. All content available through the App – including AI-generated audio narratives and sexy (non-nude) images – is intended solely for personal entertainment and enjoyment. The App is not designed or intended for any educational, therapeutic, or professional purpose. You acknowledge that you will use the content purely for entertainment and no other purpose.
• Explicit Adult Themes: The App’s content is sexually explicit and adult-themed. Stories may include graphic sexual descriptions, strong erotic language, and potentially extreme or fantasy scenarios that some users might find intense or offensive. The content may explore adult themes, taboo fantasies, or fictional depictions of BDSM or other kinks, which are entirely fictional dramatizations. No real-world sexual activity or illegal conduct is occurring, and no actual individuals (other than fictional characters) are depicted. By using the App, you consent to exposure to such adult content and waive any claim that such content is offensive or harmful, understanding that it is presented for entertainment in a fictional context.
• Fictional and Fantasy Disclaimer: All stories, scenarios, and characters in the App are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental and unintended. The content is not to be understood as advocating, endorsing, or encouraging any behavior in real life. Even if a story portrays extreme, non-normative, or illegal activities, these are imaginary narratives only. • No Professional Advice: You acknowledge that the App does not provide medical, psychological, relationship, or sexual advice. The content is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or guidance. If the App’s content discusses sexual practices, intimacy, or relationships, such discussions are part of fictional storytelling and are not instructional. Do not rely on the App for advice on sexual health, behavior, or relationships. Always seek qualified professional advice if you have questions or issues about these matters.

3. Content Generation and Disclaimer

• AI-Generated & Unmoderated Content: Much of the content in Bang is AI-generated or sourced from open content libraries. This means stories are created by algorithms and may not be manually reviewed or pre-moderated by the Company before they become available to you. The Company does not individually screen or censor each audio story or image. As a result, you acknowledge that content is delivered “as is” and may sometimes be unpredictable. The AI-generated content might include themes, descriptions, or language that have not been anticipated by the Company, including content that could be controversial or sensitive. By using the App, you understand and accept this risk, and you agree that it is your responsibility to determine whether the content is appropriate for you.
• Open-Source and Licensed Materials: All images, audio, text, or other materials in the App are either created by the Company (or its AI systems) or sourced from third-party open sources or licensed providers. The Company takes care to only use third-party content that it has rights to use. However, if you believe any content in the App infringes on your or someone else’s intellectual property rights, please see Section 7 (Intellectual Property) on how to notify us.
• No Guaranteed Moderation: Because we do not manually review every piece of content, the App may inadvertently contain content that violates our intended guidelines or your expectations. For example, while the Company explicitly prohibits any content involving minors, non-consensual sex, bestiality, or other illegal sexual themes, it is possible that the AI or sourced material could, without our knowledge, generate or include inappropriate content. We do not condone such content and will remove any such materials if discovered, but we cannot guarantee it will never appear. User Responsibility: You agree that you will use your own discretion and stop listening/viewing any content that you find disturbing, offensive, or that you believe may violate these Terms or the law. You further agree to promptly report any such content to us at [email protected] so that we can review and take action.
• Fictional Character Depictions: Any characters depicted in stories are adults of at least 18 years of age within the fiction of the story, even if not explicitly stated. Content with minors is not allowed and is not intentionally present. The Company uses automated filters to prevent such content, but given the nature of AI, no filter is perfect. By using the App, you accept that risk. If you ever encounter content that even seemingly involves a minor in a sexual context, you must stop using that content immediately and report it to us.
• No Endorsement of User Interpretation: The Company does not endorse any particular moral, social, or political viewpoint through the content. Different users may interpret stories differently; the Company is not liable for how you interpret or what you take away from the content. You agree that your interpretation is your own responsibility and that if you feel the content is inappropriate for you, you will discontinue use.
